Caraxes Vs Vhagar

The Battle Above the Gods Eye

A Legendary Aerial Duel

Summary

In a pivotal event during the Fourth Dornish War, the Battle Above the Gods Eye unfolded in the skies above Harrenhal and the Gods Eye. The aerial duel featured two of the most powerful dragons in Westeros: Caraxes ridden by Prince Aemon Targaryen and Vhagar ridden by his brother Prince Baelon Targaryen. Their father, King Jaehaerys Targaryen, also participated in the battle.

The battle reached its climax when Vhagar locked onto Caraxes, causing both dragons to plummet into the Gods Eye. Even as they fell, Vhagar's claws ripped into Caraxes's belly, ultimately leading to its demise.
